The Argents Mead is a park in the Centre of Hinckley Town Centre it is also the historical centre of Hinckley and includes the Mound on which Hinckley Castle once stood.
The site is now managed by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council as an area of public open space. Hinckley Leisure Centre opened in 2015 is adjacent to the site and both the leisure centre and the park provide the main recreational hub for the town.

The gardens were unveiled in 1923 and the public park set out the next year.
- Detailed Description
The Argents Mead comprises the Historic Castle Mound area which is now the location of Hinckley's War memorial and below the castle Mound is the remains of the castle Moat, maintained as a water feature for the site. There is a site bandstand which hosts a number of music events during the summer months, there are also a number of other family orientated events that take place on the site throughout the year, including the snap dragon festival (a children's play scheme) during the summer holidays. A new play area was also installed in the summer of 2015 and nearby St Mary's Primary School also uses the site as a local educational resource and for its annual sports day.
